What we collect

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. That's it. We don't run account registration, we don't ask for a phone number, and we don't collect payment information through this site.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical information when you visit — things like your browser type, the pages you visit, and your IP address. We don't use this to build profiles of individual visitors. It exists primarily so we can diagnose technical problems if something breaks.

What we don't collect

We want to be explicit here because we work adjacent to healthcare, and we know that context matters:

• We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this website.
• We do not use advertising trackers or sell your information to third parties.
• We do not run retargeting pixels from Facebook, Google, or anyone else.
• We do not use session recording tools that watch your cursor or capture your keystrokes.

This is a brochure site. We don't need any of that, and we don't want it.

How we use what you send us

If you submit the contact form, we use your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. That's the whole purpose. We won't add you to a marketing list, we won't forward your message to partners without your knowledge, and we won't use your email address for anything other than the conversation you initiated.

We may keep a record of that correspondence so we have context if you follow up — which is standard practice for any professional communication.

Who else sees your information

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site — hosting infrastructure, email delivery, and similar utilities. These providers may technically handle data you send us as part of delivering those services. We choose providers we trust, and we don't authorize them to use your information for their own purposes.

Beyond that, we would only share information about you if we were required to by law, or if you explicitly asked us to. We're not interested in sharing it otherwise.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as they're relevant to an active or potential business relationship. If you'd like us to delete a specific inquiry, just ask. Send us a note through the contact form with "data deletion request" in the subject and we'll take care of it promptly.

Cookies

This site uses no first-party cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. If your browser stores anything related to this visit, it's incidental to your browser's own behavior, not something we've set.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at healthcare organizations and the professionals who work within them. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we ever discovered that we had, we'd delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights around accessing, correcting, or deleting the personal information we hold about you. We'll honor reasonable requests regardless of whether the law technically requires us to — it's the right way to operate.
